I have noticed I do not receive many "priority" emails.
I am unimportant.

Pretty much the only information that I get in my email that is really important is order confirmations.

So all it does is let you set a priority on your email the way you can in Outlook?

it basically seperates what it deems (or what you have previously tagged as "important" sources etc) as "important" and put in a seperate email box. So if you were to check once a day and got 200 emails, your 10 "important" would stand out for you.

Gotcha...so kind of a multi-staged junk mail filter with personal settings.

Every single email I have received in the last week has been important. I think this priority inbox is useless for me.

I have my filters set up so that all my important emails get tagged with a special tag. Priority inbox is just an easier version of what I've already set up, essentially.
