I just installed OCZmodstream 450 on my MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum. (had a Dell PSU prior) This problem is new:

After I shutdown windows, it goes through the logoff / shutdown sequence then turns off the computer properly. BUT the next time I turn it on, it posts, checks ram, drives, raid then just as it gets to the point where it might say "Boot from CD:" the computer shuts off, and the power LED startss blinking slowly (3 secs cycle).

Pushing the power won't turn on the system. I have to unplug the power, wait about 10 secs before the blinking stops, then the system boots up fine.

any ideas?

I have the Neo2 and alot of people had this kind of problem. Maybe they have fixed it because the Neo2's are famous for this except that they usually don't ever wake up. There have been a ton of RMA's for boards just not ever posting again after they are shut down. I am one of them.
