I had a power cut a few nights ago that lasted literally 3 seconds. My PC was on at the time.

Since then, I have had no signal when trying to switch the tv channel over to it. I have tried different HDMI cables, a VGA cable and a different tv.

The computer does come on, but im just wondering if the power cut has damaged the PSU so that it is not performing as it should?

Or could it be a video/graphics problem?

Thought id ask here before I go out spending money on something I might not need.

Apologies for the reply before anyone has responded, just wondering what to do next.
Is there something I can physically do to check each component to see which is faulty?

Turns out it was the graphics that got fried, a new one sorted it right out. Took a couple of restarts, was starting to thing my MB was fried! Anyway, thanks for the heads up with the capacitors blain, ill look out for that in the future.
