After LOTR, The Hobbit?

I wish he would do it, he is the only one I trust to stick to the book. And I think alot more people have read The Hobbit than the LOTR's trilogy, I read it even as a child, and loved it then. My son has read it in school already, in the 4th grade, and my daughter is going to this year, so I think its something thats alot more widespread.

The only cartoon version of LOTR out there is the Ralph Bakshi vertion.
I thought it was cool and well done, but critics panned it and the movie was a flop financially and they obly did half the story.
