After installing new cooler my VCore value shot up by .10 !!

I just recently installed a Swiftech MC370-0A. I was running 10x145 on my T-Bird before with a 1.78 Vcore (I just set it to AUTO on my IWILL KK266-R). Now, it has shot up to 1.88 (reading through BIOS and through VIA Hardware Monitor). Adjusting it lower doesn't seem to help. I don't want to run it at such high voltage. Why aren't I able to adjust it?

i think you got some artic silver on your l7 bridges

what should I do just wipe it off with some isopropyl pads? Does getting Arctic Silver on the L7 bridges make it so that the voltage is not adjustable anymore?
