After Effects Users: Need Help!

I have After Effects 7/CS3 and nether of them have the effect I used to use...

Blur and Sharpen >> CC Radial Fast Blur

Can I ask, where did this effect go? Can I download this effect? Was it taken out? My head's about to explode... I used to use that effect quite a bit... and now its gone. 🙁

The effects come on the DVD. It's a third party plugin set by Cycore FX.

Just re-install from the DVD.
 
You may also want them to add Color Finesse and Keylight from the DVD also.

Both of these plugins are excellent and a great addition to your workflow.
