I sent in my computer for repairs a little less than 4 weeks ago (1 day delivery). It arrived at the DELL repair depot where it's only supposed to take 7-10 days to repair/get to my house. Instead, apparently DELL had many issues so all repairs were delayed 8-10 days. Mine is coming tommorow finally. My computer died before the week of Thanksgiving. My repaired computer is my Christmas gift to myself
