Question Affordable vertical monitor with multiple inputs recommendation?

Hello,

I was looking into getting an affordable monitor that can be rotated vertically to be used as my second monitor. I'm looking at the Dell P2017H because it has HDMI + DisplayPort + USB and can be rotated vertically and is only around $100. Are there other monitors I should be looking at? I really like that this one has DisplayPort and HDMI so I can connect it to my laptop and desktop at the same time. I wouldn't be opposed to something up to 24 inch.
