Affordable Rackmount cases?

Affordable Rackmount cases?
Is there such a thing? A friend was asking and so far I have not come across anything.
No a fancy 1U with strange PSU or proprietary parts. Not an industrial ruggedised big bucks box.
Something that will hold standard ATX -ish boards, cards, drives and PSU - 19"
(Now I know why most small sites I have seen have a shelf installed with a tower sitting on it.)

How about some parameters as to what you consider 'affordable'?? Antec makes some. Look on their site, then search under the product numbers on newegg and see what the prices are... You might find one in the price range you like... Any under 4U in height will use a small form factor PSU or one that's been altered/repositioned ( = expensive)... 4U is able to take standard ATX PSU's...

shortlist:
newegg has an "eagle" 4U for $77 no psu
directron and newegg have an iStar w some psu +/- $145
casedepot have a bunch $105 and up - and one can add in a fortron PSU or( better)
