Affixing HSF to chipset and GPU.

Whats the best stuff to use and where can I get it?
I saw a thread in here where someone took non conductive electric tape and wrapped around the back of the video card around the GPU, then applied normal grease to the chip and then super glued the corners of the HSF to the electric tape.
Any ideas on that?
Kind of a ghetto hack that I would not mind trying

I used regular thermal paste, and then a couple of small (thin) zip ties to hold it firm.

You can buy thermal epoxy at some of the cooling stores online. If not that, run a small bead of clear silicon sealer around the perimeter of the Chip, then a dab of thermal compound in the middle. Press the two together , place something heavy on the heatsink to keep downward pressure on it and let sit overnight. Works fine.
