Affinity Program - Set Affinity faster than task manager

is there a program out there that allows me to browse thru my current applications and to set the Affinity faster than i can thru Task Manager

thru Task Manager, i have to right click on it and uncheck / check which Core i want my Program to run on

i know it isn't that hard but i'm interested to know if there is a program like that

and no, i do not want the Affinity set Automatically (like the one from the Dual Core Gaming Fix) bc i'm usually running the SAME program Multiple times (so far just 2 of the same Programs) but that'll change pretty soon

Yea, is there some command line argument you can send via a shortcut to automatically set the affinity for a .exe?
