I never got any tritium vials, but I did buy a pocket clip marked with photoluminescent powder suspended in epoxy. I thought about buying some raw powder, but I didn't have any interesting projects and didn't want glowy crap all over the place.

that stuff is easy to find. i had a guy on bladeforums make a knife scale out of moonglow for me. It's awesome, but doesn't glow anything like the stuff Ruby is talking about. It absorbs "radiation" from the sun, and gives it off slowly. Ruby's toy actually emits lights.

If someone finds a link where you can buy tritium vials, I'd be mighty interested. Most websites I've gone to are 404'd or a couple years old and no longer valid.

RedArmy, looking for radioactive materials.

What next, nuclear wessels?

If you search "tritium" on ebay you will find sellers with keyring sized trasers reasonably priced. Some will ship to the US too. 🙂
