Aero w/ 512mb of RAM?

I have a C2D E4300 and a Radeon 9200 so my CPU and GFX card have no problem with Aero, but I only have 512 mb of RAM. Is there any way I could force Vista to use Aero?
 
I you don't mind my asking...why on earth do you have a Core 2 Duo and only 512MB of RAM?

I've been meaning to upgrade. Usually I can only upgrade one part of my computer at a time due to budget. Hence 512 mb of RAM. If I do buy new RAM and install it, will Vista automatically detect it and allow me to use Aero?
 
You mean you already have Vista installed with 512MB? :Q Ouch.

Anyway, if you install the RAM the BIOS should pick it up right away and so will the OS.

 
Ok, I got some more RAM so I have 1 gb total. But for some reason it doesnt change to Aero. Do I have to switch to Aero somehow?
