advice: Sub $150 z170 motherboard that can do M.2 raid?

So I'm going to build a 6700k with 32gb ram and 2 Samsung 950 256gb M.2 cards for win 10 boot non gaming Photoshop video editing.

Can any one suggest a m.2 raidable z170 motherboard. Under $150. Even less if possible, I'd rstjer spend the $$ on ram and storage for my needs.

I know some z170 board are very difficult to get a raid like this booting. So any first hand knowledge is a appreciated.

One important question. Is it for RAID0 or 1?

Because if you're intending to do a RAID0 using Intel "FakeRAID", you'll be bottlenecked by the DMI link.
