Some dude and his wife are across the street arguing outside and he busted out the windshield on her car. Should I call the cops it's 3:00 in the morning?

Don't be seen taking pictures out your window of a pissed off windshield breaking dude. And if the cops want to talk to you tell them to come knock on your door. I reported a very similar situation once and the cops had me come across to the scene of the crime, afterwards I was thinking "great, now its obvious who called the cops, wonder if my windshield is next".

Did your mind see it as other things first or did the yelling cue you in? When I looked out in the dark and saw someone smashing a windshield my mind couldn't figure what I was seeing, I saw it as someone scaping ice off their windshield with a scraper at first. It was winter, but there was no ice anywhere. Eyewitness testimony is not reliable.
