yes, the mobo was wet, teh rain was 10AM to 6PM, and the wind was blowing towards my door's direction, so it's really soaking wet. I got home at 6.30PM

and the tracking said it's Signed by me, heck i was still at work until 5PM, and my wife is at work too. I call them and they said i did received the package and it's not insured, so they wont be held reliable for it

Request a copy of the signature and start from there.
