Hello wondering if you could give me some advice on what to spend my hard earned on.
System Specifications:
I. Processor/CPU: i3-530
II. Current Graphics Card: none
III. Display Resolution: 1920x1080 x2
IV. Power Supply Unit Specification: currently cheap low powered psu, would need upgrade thinking corsair cx600
V. Case Specifications(N/A, Model, Length, Low Profile, Cooling, HTPC, Water, Silent):atx air cooled, setup is in office and I wear headset most of the time so noise not an issue.
Purchase Details:
I. Budget? Looking to spend £350, no preference on where.
II. Any particular preferences? trending towards nvidia gtx560ti/570
III. Do you plan to have any Multi-GPU solutions such as Crossfire or SLI? Nope
IV. Have you previously looked at a product(s) which you feel would fit your needs? See notes below. Doing a bit of shopping at weekend I am leaning towards the following.
ebuyer;
Intel core i5-650 3.2mhz - £124 - http://www.ebuyer.com/185941-intel-...t-1156-4mb-l3-cache-retail-boxed-bx80616i5650
Asus GTX 560Ti DCII Top 925mhz - £169 - http://www.ebuyer.com/267732-asus-g...i-hdmi-pci-e-graphics-card-90-c1cqn0-l0uay0yz
Corsair cx600 - £53 - http://www.ebuyer.com/269259-corsair-600w-cx-series-v2-psu-6x-sata-2x-pci-e-cmpsu-600cxv2uk
V. What are your needs for this GPU? Looking to play some bf3, CSGO, diablo 3 at the best possible settings and 1920x1080. Tbh I am just looking for the best setup possible for the money i have to spend.
VI. Do you plan on overclocking the card you intend to purchase? Would prefer the best stock OCD card as not planning on doing any OC of my own.
Additional Notes
Ok 1st of all background, up to now I have been mostly using my PC for web coding so have 2x24" monitors and a pretty low spec PC.
I have a Asus P7H55-M Pro Mobo socket 1156. When I 1st started looking into upgrades so that I can play some modern games I was thinking of going
for a 570, new PSU and was considering a SSD. Doing a bit of research I am starting to think I would maybe be better off upgrading my CPU to a i5-650 and going with a 560ti but wanted to get some feedback from you better informed peeps.
My 1st post here any and all feedback much appreciated.
