[FONT=Arial,Helvetica]Thought I had misplaced it, but it has been 2 months now. I just
installed Itunes on a new pc and I click on library and all of this music I
don't listen to pops up. I try to click on it and it tells me I am not the
authorized user for this song, and then procedes to give me the email
address of the person they belong to who is probably the person that
has my ipod touch. Although they couldn't access my Itunes account,
they must have used theirs to purchase music on it. But the OS on the
touch must still be linked with my Itunes account. So, I have their email
address...what should I do?
Have to run out to dinner with family so won't be able to check back for a couple of hours but I do truly appreciate any advice i may be able to get. Thanks!

File a police report about the theft, and include the e-mail address. The e-mail provider can't give you info about the other person, but law enforcement agencies can get it with a warrant, if necessary.

Good luck. :)
