I'm looking to build this system spec:

Shuttle XPC SN25P
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego
Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200PT TwinX
PowerColor ATI Radeon X850 XT PE 256MB
Western Digital Raptor 74GB x 2 RAID 0
NEC ND3540 16x16 DVD±RW Dual Layer ReWriter

The last system I made was a P3 1ghz !!! So I would be gratefull for any advice you can give.

My main concerns are:

Will the 350w PSU handle the CPU, 2GB RAM, Radeon X850, DVD and 2 Hard Disks?
Will the Radeon fit in the shuttle? (From the reviews I've read, it should do, but has anyone tried it?)
To set up the RAID, instead of using a floppy drive, is it possible to install the RAID drivers from a USB memory stick?

I'm not too bothered about overclocking, and I won't be adding additional cooling than what already comes with the kit. But I wouldn't mind overclocking it a little, nothing too adventurous, but I've never done this before, any tips?

It might not. :p
The radeon will fit if it's a single slot version. It might be possible to install off an USB key, though I doubt it.

2 Slot Video Cards will fit in the SN25P. You just lose the only other slot you have. San Diego isn't out for some time, get a Venice. Shuttles PSU's are absolutely amazing, they could easily. Run that. I believe you need the floppy to set up raid, I don?t know of anyone that has tried it with a memory stick. Overclocking is on and off with shuttles. You might be able to over clock, you might not. You are guaranteed like 100 MHz, because A64's are amazing, but that is about it.

You'll need a floppy, or a Windows CD w/ RAID drivers slipstreamed onto it. Everything else looks fine!

EDIT: And a Raptor RAID isn't really worth it.... get a 300GB+ hard drive for storage instead of a Raptor.

Raptors are loud and expensive. I personly like Seagate for the quiteness. Also with 2 GB of ram your Hard will not be spining much so its waste of money to get thoses drives.

Raptors are just crazy overrated to me. If you need speed use 3 drive and do striping (raid 5?).
