Advice on how to write that I am quiting

While I have changed jobs before I have never had to write an email informing my boss, her boss, his boss and his boss of this (This apparently has to go waaaaaaay up the food chain)

I am planning on thanking them for the opportunity to work for them and letting them know that I learned a lot. However, due to financial considerations I will be seeking another opportunity elsewhere.

I don't want to burn any bridges and may consider comming back later (for a different position.

Any advice would be welcome.

Dear Sir(s):

I regret to inform you that effective <day>, xx/xx/xx, I will resign my position with <company name>. I have enjoyed the opportunities afforded me here and appreciate the wealth of knowledge I have learned. It has been a pleasure to work with all of you and hope to cross paths once again.
