advice on good web host

Hello,

Me and 2 other people are starting a small web design company for some extra income, and hopefully expand down the road. Could anyone recommend a good web host/domain host? I've seen a lot of really cheap ones that boast having gigs upon gigs of space, but are those reliable?

We are looking to start designing for small companies, specifically restaurants. So the host will need to provide adequate traffic amounts. PHP, ASP, SQL not necessary at 1st, but we want to get into dynamic stuff in about 6 months or so.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I use http://www.moreweb.com which has outstanding support at a reasonable price. They are the child company of Elitecom which hosts AnandTech.

I have a similar question, with some extras : I want a FREE,FAST web hosting, no ads, and maybe some ASP support also ?

...and I forget ... with front page extensions installed, so I can easily export my web site (I'm not much of a linux guru 🙁 )
