Advice on buying motherboard and CPU

I just checked out the mobo on Newegg CHAINTECH SK8T800, i dont like the the fact that it has only two USB 2 ports that is probably my only complain

I did see this one on newegg also ECS 755-A2 but I don't like the SIS chipset on it, i'm worried about that.
