Looking for a pure scanner for the office. We don't need all those multi-function machines unless it just happens to be included in on of the best scanners.

Need it to be networkable, color scans, multi-page feeder, fast, and reliable. Price is always an issue...but is the last thing we're worried about right now (ie: don't be afraid to hit me with the several hundred dollar price point...even $1k if it's worth it, I just have no idea how much these run). I know nothing about scanners and need some advice on where to start/look.

Thanks

Office is using HP Scanjet 7800,
Unit is Scanner only and the fastest we found for fast scanning quickly.
Works with a feeder instead of flatbed.
Scans in multiple pages at a time, and
scans all types of and sizes of documents, credit cards,
business cards.
Working on a few more for each office cube-unit.

By FAR the best scanners I have ever installed are Fujitsu. They scan at an extraordinary speed, and I have never seen one break.

We use the 5120 and 5220 models which are USB and SCSI (with the 5220 including a flat bed and the 5120 being just the ADF).

I was just on their website and found a networkable one here:
http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/computing/peripherals/scanners/network/

I'll warn you now they are not cheap, with the 5120 close to $1000 CND, but the quality is second to none.
