If youre talking about compared to the LX, only a few differences. If you mean compared to something else, youll have to look it up and compare the specs.
LE has slightly better audio than LX(I doubt it makes a difference), an extra internal USB 3.0 port, and it has a heatsink on whatever that is on the mobo that the LX doesnt. That is all.... Those three things and its about a $20 difference between the boards too, which is odd.
I went with the LX myself since it was at microcenter with the bundle for $70....otherwise I would have gotten the LE.
