well the buyer has just mailed me back saying he only really wanted the printer, he didn't really want the camera !! then why didn't he buy a brand new identical printer off the net for $40 instead of spending $100 for a camera he didn't want. I've told him to take my offer of $30 to buy himself another printer, or wait until the problem has been resolved by office depot

from your update it sounds to me like he may be suffering from buyers remorse. which isnt your problem.
