Advice needed, cheapest way to sell shares

My wife has shares in Red Lobster that she got from working there many years ago, she wants to sell the shares to put on her credit card.

Does anybody have any suggestions on the cheapest way to sell these stocks.

 
Yellow pages, local borkerage office, call and ask. Expect to pay $30-100 and possibly a percentage of the total value or a per-share fee.

The $10 trades you see at the online brokers are only for shares they are already holding for you, that you purchased through them.
