I have the NEC 1550V and it has a dead pixel in the lower left quadrant, I tried massaging a little but no go. Anyone have any other tips to try for potentially reviving it, or do you think it's done for? BTW I just recieved it from FedEx today.

A gentle massage is about the only thing that you can try. One bad pixel is not enough to invoke the warranty. 🙁

I feared as much, Thanx for the confirmation though 🙂 It's always good to hear it from someone else!
