Meh. I don't know what kind of responses you are looking for..
The CGI in the video game is pretty damn impressive, it's too bad they couldn't make a movie that way. Probably would have cost too much/taken too long.

Oh well, I'm not interested in the movie and after playing the demo I'm not interested in teh game either.

This dvd is akin to the Animatrix, in which several different studios collaborate and approach the story with their own styles.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing how the different studios handle the subject matter.

They did the same with Dead Space Downfall. I thought both were OK, no better and no worse than other garbage that's coming out of Hollywood recently.

Yeah, I'm wondering what the issue is here.

It's not a new concept (EA have already done it before), and it's just a tie in product which isn't required.
I'm wondering where the outrage is supposed to be...? Are media products supposed to be isolated? No more Star Wars books or games?
No more book/comic to film adaptations?

Not interested in the game or movie or whatever else they make.

It was a great book, and they didnt follow it even remotely. Why model the game after a book if you arent going to follow it at all?

saw the commercial on silent through a beer-induced haze at a bar... had an odd look to it, wondered why it would be advertised during the SB. now i know...
