Adventures in losing a cell phone

When did Sprint PCS move their customer service to India? :Q

My son lost my cell phone on Monday. I gave him a week to track it down (since we knew generally where he lost it) before calling Sprint.

Yesterday I called. Waited on hold for 10 minutes, then got a female who had her headset mouthpiece in her mouth and the earpiece on her forehead.

"Sprint mumblemumble mumble phone number?"
I give her my phone number. 4 times.
"mumblemumble password?"
I give her my password 3 times.
"mumblemumble mumble you?"
I tell her I lost my phone.
"You mumblemumble bounce mumble phone?"
WTF?

Anyway, you get the idea. That's how the entire conversation went. Lasted 10 minutes.

It ended like this:

"Thankmyumble mumblemumble Sprint."
I ask if, since my contract is up anyway, if they have any deals to get me a free phone.
"Mumblemumble you found mumble phone?"
nevermind. I'll visit a sprint store.

Sigh.
