I have used the free version several times.
The advanced version is useful.
But, as is true for all registry cleaners, use it carefully.
It prefers to run automatically and then fix the "problems" it finds. I prefer to run it manually and then check all issues before fixing them.

When you install it, click the "upgrade" button and then enter the user name & code that you got from their web site.
