I think this is the right place to post this question, and if it's not, I apologize in advance.

I was on my weekly visit to the windows update website, and after I scanned my computer, the update in the title showed up under device drivers. This is the first time that it's appeared, and before I download it, I was wondering if anyone knew what it does.

P. S. In case this is useful, I have a 2500+ Barton with an Asus A7V8X-X mobo. And WinXP Pro SP1
 
I DL'ed it and installed, dunno what it does differently than the previous one, but seems to work. Hopefully better.
