I suspect that persons have far greater problems than they know if, immediately after taking a quiz composed of several distinctly different questions, they only remember being asked one question. This is probably a severe form of ADD.

I also am concerned about the inability of persons to properly interpret rather clear statements. For example, "Your responses indicate that your symptoms may be consistent with Adult ADD" is erroneously believed to have said 'You have ADD, get some medication now.' Another possible severe form of ADD. Or, I suppose just plain stupidity can explain it. At least there is help for ADD, stupidity is largely untreatable.

I took the quiz and based on my responses I am not a likely candidate. So I began to wonder how serious the responses would need to be before it met a thresshold for consistency with ADD. WOW.

And some people think this is 'normal'. Da Nile ain't just a river....
The website is run by Eli Lilly, a big-business drug company. They're making the symptoms as broad as possible so that your doctor will give you some Eli Lilly drugs just to shut you up.
The quiz was developed by the World Health Organization and actually tends to be middle-of-the-road. Not that you have even minimal qualifications necessary to competently assess how liberal or conservative a symptom profile is for any particular illness.
