ADSL Connection Problems

I live in Israel and have an ADSL connection. The problem is that at random time, I think, the connection "dies" - no data is sent or recieved. The only way to get things going again is to restart my modem and the pc. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? maybe i'm doing something that kills it.
Please help me out, it's driving me insane.

Sometimes you can get micro outages where this happens.


If you have lots of interference or huge arc welders they can sometimes cause problems with the DSL line causing it to drop.


Does your modem/router have a DSL light that indicates that the line is in operation? Does it go out when this error happens?
