Adopted child locating birth mother

Just a shot in the dark to see if anyone can help or tips in locating the mother.

Situation is that a US parent adopted a child in another country (Paraguay) and now the child is grown (35+) but wanting to find the birth mother. Very little to go on as the adoption agency doesn’t have much info either.

Any tips?

Get any info the adoption agency has and work from there. Date of birth, location/city and maybe age of birth mother.
