Adobe reader file book position problem

when i open digital book looks like this:

i press that button and now looking ok i save it in this position on the Desktop and then i open it again and i notice i have same problem , how to change and stay permanently normal?

The author of the pdf probably scanned that book like that. Adobe reader opens the document as it is.
The only way to fix this is to edit the pdf with a pdf editor: rotate all the pages and then save the file. Adobe reader can't alter/edit pdf files. It's a free solution just for viewing pdf files.
