Adobe Premiere - SLOW Render Time

When I choose to render my vide in premiere pro, say its only 3500 frames. As soon as it gets to say around 1000frames... it then goes 1 frame a second and willl finiish rendering in 15 hours.. For a video thats a little longer than 1.5 minutes..
 
render time depends on the effects u have used, if the transitions, video effects, motion blur are given then sure it will take long time to render

what frame rate r u running it at?

this seems like a problem with high quality effects on the video itself, tryig encoding a small video first, see if still it gives the problem or not
