Adobe Premiere Pro Help

I'm importing a rather large file (45 minutes, 6gb) into Adobe Premiere. It imports fine, I can put it on the timeline, however, when watching the movie via the timeline after about 8 minutes, the movie stops and I get a still picture of the last frame of the last moving scene and the audio is just a buzzing noise.

Anyone know how to fix this? I thought it might be a memory problem or something, but that doesn't seem to be it.

This is prolly a long shot, but have you checked for an error in the Event Viewer?

There is no error in Event Viewer. For some reason, I can view it fine by double clicking it and seeing the clip on the monitor. But scrolling through the timeline results in the aforementioned problem.
