Adobe premier/encore problem. please help!

I have a video file all edited and ready to go in premier. I have placed chapter markers in the file so that when I export to encore it will already have the chapter markers built in. I can't get it to work, I don't know how to export it. Anyone know where I'm coming from? Any help appreciated.
 
The manual says it can be done, but doesn't say how to do it. If you wanna be a dick fvck off and stay outta my thread.
