i noticed that when you download the demo version of Adobe Photoshop you can't print or save files. does anyone know where i can get the full version for cheap. I would appreciate it. My sister needs it for school. thanks.

If your sister needs it for school, your best bet is to buy it from the campus bookstore. Adobe, Microsoft, and other companies always price their software lower for students. I would assume that Photoshop would be significantly cheaper at the student store rather than anywhere else.

i could do that, but she goes to junior high school, and it's for a computer class. it's not like college where they get a discount in the bookstore

FWIW: If you are interested... I have Adobe Photoshop 5.0LE. It was bundled with a high end scanner I bought.

It's an original Adobe CD and the registration paper (never registered).

Since I already have 6.0 installed, it's just sittin here 🙂

If you are interested, make a reasonable offer.

PS. I can email you pictures of the items if you like.

I'd find it fairly hard to believe that there's no way your sister could do her work in school (labs/etc there) or find a copy from school to install on her own system. In any case, an academic version of Photoshop (and many other products) is available for non-college-students from JourneyEd for ~$300 (which is about as cheap as you can possibly get it).

yeah, she actually can use the labs, but she wanted to use it at home. Thanks ladi for the suggestion. that's the cheapest i ever saw it anywhere.
