Adobe PhotoShop Element 15

I upgraded my PSE version 12 to version 14 on the 19 of August. Today I get an advertisement that version 15 is out. I spent an hour with them on the phone trying to get a discount to no avail. Am I being unreasonable wanting a discount on this upgrade. I have been using PSE since version 3 back in 2004.

To me 30 days would be the limit which I think you surpassed. These things are updated all the time so there must be some kind of cutoff.

On the flip side though if you actually got on the phone with them I'm surprised they just didn't do it.

I'm running my poverty Adobe Premiere Elements version 12 still.

More than anything, I'm glad they still sell this. All their other stuff look like they're on subscription now -- there may be one-time purchase options available buried in their site somewhere.
