Adobe PDF Mass optimizer?

I have lots of adobe PDF files that are large filesizes and I realize that If i open them individually and go to file -> save as... -> reduced filesize PDF (otherwise known as optimized) in Adobe Acrobat X it signifigantly reduces the filesize with very little reduction in quality (the document looks identical! but more than half the size...)

Anyone know of a way to do this to all PDF's automatically? without having to load 1-by-1 ?

In Acrobat X:
Action Wizard tab->Create new action->Document processing->reduce file size.

In the dialog you'll have the option to run it on a folder of files.
