Okay this is really starting to piss me off. I'm making images in photoshop, and I need to put them into pagemaker, but everytime I put the images into pagemaker they get really blurry and look like garbage. It's as if I'm viewing the image at like 500% zoom, it just loses all clarity when I port images into pagemaker.

Anybody know what's up? Do I have to save it special? They're just jpegs, and I tried gif.

It can be one of many things:

1) The image imported is smaller than you think, after importing PageMaker or yourself may have overextended it.
2) You may be using draft view. Change your settings to normal view.
3) In certain versions of PM, as far as i can remember, that's the way it is when viewing it on-screen to help make redraws faster and thus make you work more efficiently. Once you print it out of course it'll look much better.

Oh wow, turns out it's this, it looked fine when I printed it. Is there any way to turn it off? I have many images that look similar and I can't distinguish them apart with this setting.
