I have like 300 pictures i am using in a booklet, and they are all sized to how i want them, the problem is, when i place them in the document, they resized to a very tiny size, and then i have to resize them

now its not a big deal to resize them except they dont keep their aspect ratio.

so i was wondering A. is there a way to drop them on the document and have them keep there original size and/or B have the aspect ratio locked? thanx
