Adobe Form Client - where can i buy it?

i am looking to purchase adobe form client. my work needs it to comply with the FAA's requirements for a DPE. Jetform used to havbe FormFlow. it was purchased by adobe. they stoped selling it in sept, 03. Now adobe says purchase form client, but i can't find it anywhere.

i'd be greatfull for any help! tnx
