Adobe download -- how do you get a manual?

My gf just bought After Effects 4 (from Adoble direct download) and does not know where the manual is in her download.

Anyone know about adobe downloads?
 
Worked for me. Of course, you have to have to adobe reader installed. You can also right click the link and hit save as.
