If "drank and drive" means "drove a car while not being completely stone sober", then a lot of people are lying about not ever doing it (of course, there are a lot of underage peeps here). Who the heck hasn't drank a beer at a friend's house and then drove home in their own car? Drank some wine at a restaurant and subsequently drove home? It's normal. It's OK. The problem is that we've made everything so polarized...so prohibitionist. It is legal and socially acceptable to have a BAC above 0.00% and drive a car. There's a reason why the legal limit is 0.08/0.10, not 0.00.
The thread's question really translates to: have you ever been above the limit and drove? And the true answer is unknown for some because we don't have little LED readouts on our bodies that reveal our spontaneous BAC level.
