Admin Folder Question

In WinXP Pro, is there a folder under Documents and Settings for the default admin and another one for the admin we have to create? I only see 1 folder for an administrator account but I have 2 including the default one.
 
As a note, these folders will not be created under Documents and Settings unless that user has logged on to the computer at least once. This is why it takes extra time for that first logon.

So, if you don't see that second Admin user, make sure you logon as them before we troubleshoot anything else.
 
well, it looks like i am a retard...i never logged on as the default admin. now why is my admin folder named something weird though. its not the name of the account. can i change the name of that folder?
