Adjusting Video Output Using AMD's Software

Does AMD's Catalyst Control Center allow the user to adjust the output for video such as the brightness, contrast, and saturation like NVidia's software does? I was thinking of switching to an AMD-based card, but I need to know if I'll be able to adjust the video output. Thanks.
