Adjusting pots on Fortron 530W PS

how do you do this? I know you can adjust all three pots when you open up the cover. I have never opened up a power supply. I'm scared if I will mess up something. Please tell me what to do and what not to do. Thanks!

Can anyone assist? My same PSU is giving me a 10.28 12v reading on MBM 5. Can adjusting the pots increase this?

I have no idea how to do it, but be aware that the motherboard often misreads the volts of the rails. The only way to tell what voltage is going through each line for sure is to get a multimeter and check manually.

Not the same PSU but close enough.

I'm confused on the measuring voltages part though. They measured it while it wasn't loaded with hardware. To get an accurate measurement, wouldn't you have to measure the voltages while the unit is on and powering all your components? That'd be kinda tricky...
