Should I get a blue ray drive? Will the gefore/p4 be adequate? Is this a good system for movie streaming? If I store all the dvd's in the drives?

It will get teh job done but won't do well with a bluray drive. You will need a better video card that can handle the encoding for a Blueray movie.

Correct. A 6800 card won't support it. More precisely, the GPU will support HDCP, but the actual PCB that it sits on does not support it.
